Where we ship, how long it takes, and how returns work.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

All orders are shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging with no exterior product branding, for your privacy in transit.
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To start a return:
Opened products can only be returned if defective or damaged in transit. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact sales@k2synthetic.store and we'll resolve it — replacement or refund, your choice.
